About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and result-driven Relationship Manager to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, nurturing relationships with existing learners, resolving customer queries, and ensuring an exceptional learning experience. This role requires someone who can build trust, identify customer needs, and contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective learners.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into enrollments by understanding customer needs.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and guide them throughout the enrollment journey.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure learners receive the best possible support throughout their course journey.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations,



Support, Finance, and Faculty) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant courses and programs.
- Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services.
- Build long-term customer loyalty and maximize retention.
