Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle EDMCS Solutions Specialist to design, implement, and support enterprise metadata and hierarchy governance across our global systems. This role is critical in ensuring consistent, accurate, and compliant metadata management across Oracle EPM applications such as FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS, PCMCS, ARCS, and ERP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining metadata frameworks, developing governance workflows, enabling seamless data synchronization, and supporting system migrations. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Master Data, and Business teams to translate complex requirements into scalable EDMCS solutions, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and implement Oracle EDMCS solutions to govern enterprise metadata and hierarchy structures.

- Develop and maintain core EDMCS components including Applications, Node Types, Hierarchy Sets, Node Sets, Viewpoints, Views, Properties, Validations, and Workflows.

- Establish and manage metadata governance frameworks, including approval workflows, request management processes, and security models.

- Build and maintain subscriptions to enable real-time metadata synchronization across Oracle EPM applications and ERP systems.

- Design and support metadata integration processes using EDMCS exports/imports, Data Management, Pipeline, EPM Automate, and custom automation frameworks.

- Develop metadata validation rules, compare profiles, extracts, and governance controls to ensure data quality and compliance.

- Partner with Finance, Master Data,



and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust EDMCS solutions.

- Lead and support migration initiatives from DRM to EDMCS, including hierarchy conversion, property mapping, validation setup, workflow design, and security configuration.

- Conduct impact analysis, perform testing, resolve defects, support deployments, and troubleshoot production issues.

- Create comprehensive documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, deployment checklists, and operational runbooks.

- Provide ongoing post-production support and governance for enterprise metadata changes and enhancements.

Requirements

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EDMCS and enterprise metadata governance.

- Proven experience in configuring and managing Applications, Node Types, Hierarchy Sets, Viewpoints, Views, Properties, Validations, and Workflows in EDMCS.

- Strong expertise in metadata integration using Data Management, Pipeline, EPM Automate, and custom automation tools.

- Experience supporting migration projects from DRM to EDMCS, including data conversion, validation, and workflow setup.

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement governance frameworks, approval workflows, and security models.

- Solid understanding of Oracle EPM applications (FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS, PCMCS, ARCS) and their metadata dependencies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

- Experience in testing, deployment, and production support of enterprise-level solutions.

- Solid communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
