Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS + Fusion Technical Consultant with proven expertise in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion technical development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting robust Oracle ERP technical solutions in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion environments.
- Develop and support RICEFW components: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows.
- Build and optimize PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and other database objects.
- Create and manage BI Publisher and XML Publisher reports for business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Implement and integrate Oracle APIs, open interfaces, and REST/SOAP-based web services.
- Support integration initiatives using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Fusion Middleware.




- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, perform deployments, and provide timely production support.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, and proactively optimize system performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS technical development.
- Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Technical development.
- Robust technical proficiency in:
- Oracle PL/SQL programming
- Oracle Forms and Reports (11g/12c)
- BI Publisher and XML Publisher
- Oracle APIs and open interfaces
- Oracle Workflow Builder
- SQL performance tuning and database optimization

- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
