About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling D2C and B2B commerce innovator in the beauty, personal care, and wellness sector, we power next-generation brand growth through technology-driven fulfillment, 3PL logistics, and supply chain automation. Our operations team ensures seamless, scalable, and hyper-efficient order processing for 500+ brands across India — turning complex logistics into frictionless customer experiences. Role & Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end B2B order fulfillment: from warehouse pick-pack-ship to carrier coordination and delivery tracking.
- Assist in reconciling 3PL inventory discrepancies, updating stock levels, and ensuring SLA adherence for B2B partners.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize last-mile delivery routes, reduce TAT, and minimize order cancellations.
- Document and flag operational bottlenecks in warehouse and fulfillment workflows for process improvement.
- Run daily reconciliations between e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and WMS/ERP systems for order accuracy.




- Assist operations managers in preparing KPI dashboards for fulfillment efficiency, carrier performance, and return rates.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

- WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- ERP (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)
- 3PL Operations
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Order Fulfillment
- Logistics Coordination

Preferred

- Experience with Shopify or Magento Admin Dashboards
- Knowledge of TMS (Transportation Management Systems)
- Familiarity with Indian logistics ecosystem (Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart)
