Salary : ₹ 30 LPA

Must Requirements in Job role ( Knowledge/Experience/Qualification/Salary)

1. Last 3 to 5 years leading Project Management Officer (PMO) Function experience in

formulation and development.

2. Must possess experience of 10-12 years in R&D; / Plant Operation / Manufacturing,

PM related roles.

3. Has knowledge of Setting up work for PMO Function. Hands on experience on tools

like Gantt chart or similar tools.

4. Knowledge of project planning, initiation, execution, tracking, monitoring, and

facilitating completion of pharmaceutical product portfolio of the company.

5. Should have experience in leading of Cross Functional Team meetings to track &

monitor projects.

6. Technical knowhow - developing a schedule, assigning resources to tasks, tracking

progress, managing the budget, serialization, packaging and analyzing workloads.

7. Experience of acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining and

working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans.

8. Should have knowledge to ensure project goals are aligned with organizational

objectives: Project plan updated real-time & utilized by project teams to track

activities.

9. Require good communication skills (Written and verbal both)



along with hands on

skills of excel data management & PMO.

10. Monitoring and accountability for technology transfer.

11. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stake holders like BD, sourcing, licensing, R&D;, quality assurance/control, manufacturing, regulatory.

12. Coordinate with customer’s technical team or PMO for smooth execution of project.

13. Make a product basket in coordination with BDM for filing in various markets based

on the cost and market size in each market.

14. Qualification: B.Pharm /M.Pharm /PhD in Pharma/ Biotech with an MBA. PMP

certification is an added advantage.

Threshold Requirement in the Job role ( additional but not mandatory)

Should be familiar with:

1.Current Regulatory Guidance’s & understanding pharma regulations across EU & Emerging

markets

2.Experience in injectable manufacturing in Oncology/Anaesthesia Therapeutic Area would be an

added advantage

3. Should troubleshoot issues with stakeholders independently

Expected Output (Quantitative/Qualitative) from the role in current or next 1 year

1.Establish PMO governance framework and SOPs

2.Develop and implement project tracking system (Gantt or similar)

3.Ensure real-time project plan updates for 100% of portfolio

4.Lead minimum 12 cross-functional review meetings

5.Facilitate technology transfer monitoring for all new products

6.Create product basket for filing in various markets

7.Coordinate with customer PMO for smooth execution

8. Achieve cost optimization in portfolio planning
