About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Marketing Manager for our
marketing team. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for coordinating
with external marketing agencies, managing the execution of marketing campaigns,
and overseeing event management activities, including exhibitions and outbound
promotional events. This role requires excellent communication skills, solid
organizational abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:

 Marketing coordinator who is proactive, takes initiative, and is an efficient
communicator
 Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external marketing
agency,
 Someone who will liaise with the marketing agency to manage monthly social
media content buckets, SEO strategies, monitor marketing efforts and results, and
ensure deadlines are met
 Skilled in coordinating events, exhibitions, and organising marketing collateral,
merchandising, and other materials in collaboration with the marketing agency
 Someone who will support office branding efforts, supply marketing materials to
the sales team,



and collaborate with the pan-India team and other stakeholders
for content and resources for social media postings
 Provide clear and actionable feedback to agencies based on campaign
performance and business objectives
 Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social
media.
 Work with the marketing agency to create content and promotional materials.
Candidate
requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
 5 years of experience in marketing.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
 Proficient in Canva and Adobe Illustrator for designing marketing collateral
 Ability to create compelling and effective marketing content, including written,
visual, and multimedia formats.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
