Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various technical roles within our organization. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.




- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role.
- Solid understanding of IT roles and technical skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
