Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced B2B School Sales Mentor & Advisor who has successfully built and scaled institutional sales in the K-12 education sector. This is a strategic advisory role focused on helping EnglishBhashi establish a solid school sales engine,



shorten sales cycles, and unlock partnerships with schools, trusts, and educational institutions across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide and strengthen the end-to-end school sales strategy.
- Mentor founders and the sales team on institutional selling best practices.
- Help build a scalable B2B sales process, playbooks, and funnel management framework.
- Provide insights into stakeholder mapping, decision-making structures, and procurement cycles within schools.
- Support key sales conversations with school management, principals, trusts, and academic leaders.
- Facilitate relevant introductions and leverage industry networks where appropriate.
- Review sales performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Advise on pricing, positioning, pilot programs, renewals, and long-term account growth.
