About the Role

We are looking for an experienced .NET Backend Developer with 4+ years of experience in building scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have solid backend expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance high-performance backend services, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Build scalable applications using .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, Clean Architecture, DDD, and SOLID principles.
- Design event-driven systems and integrate third-party APIs.
- Optimize SQL queries, data models, Redis caching, and application performance.
- Write clean, production-ready code with strong unit and integration testing.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure end-to-end feature delivery.
- Implement structured logging, monitoring, and tracing.
- Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot/Claude Code) for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and prompt engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams,



participate in code reviews, and follow Git workflows.
- Work with Docker, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.

Qualifications
