Role Overview:

We are looking for skilled & experienced Karigars specializing in stitching premium men's ethnic wear including Kurtas, Bandhgalas, Sherwani, Jackets, Coats & Pants. The candidate should have prior experience in handling high- quality garments & maintaining excellent stitching, fitting & finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stitch men's premium ethnic wear garments as per approved patterns & specifications.
- Handle assigned stitching work for Kurtas, Coats, Jackets, Sherwanis & Pants
- Ensure proper fitting, measurement accuracy & quality finishing standards.
- Maintain high standards of stitching quality, durability & finishing.
- Follow production timelines & timely delivery schedules.
- Minimize fabric wastage & rework.
- Maintain cleanliness & proper handling of garments during stitching.
- Ensure all stitched garments meet quality standards before submission.





Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in men's premium ethnic wear stitching

Experience in stitching premium men's garments such as Kurtas, Bandhgalas, Jackets, Sherwanis, Coats & Pants.

Experience in handling premium fabrics along with knowledge of industrial sewing machines.

Timely completion of assigned work is mandatory

Compensation:

Engagement on Piece Rate Basis

Rates shall be mutually agreed for each garment category

Karigars with proven experience in premium men's ethnic wear brands, ability to consistently deliver high quality stitching & finishing, residing nearby Thane location (as job location is Thane) & can join on immediate basis are preferred
