We are looking for experienced Microsoft technology professionals to support technical content development and quality review for professional learning programs.

This role is suitable for candidates with solid hands-on experience in healthcare technology, Microsoft cloud tools, AI, Generative AI, or MLOps who can help ensure learning content is technically accurate, practical, and industry-relevant.

Domain Areas

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Microsoft Patient Access Coordinator
• Microsoft Clinical Informatics Specialist
• Building Healthcare Agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Machine Learning Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate technical learning content for accuracy and relevance
• Support curriculum development and content enhancement
• Provide practical domain inputs based on real-world implementation experience
• Collaborate with instructional design and content teams
• Review assessments, practical exercises, and learner activities
• Ensure content aligns with Microsoft technologies, industry standards, and best practices

Required Experience





• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a relevant discipline
• Experience in healthcare technology, Microsoft cloud platforms, AI, Generative AI, or MLOps
• Strong written communication and technical review skills
• Prior experience in eLearning, curriculum development, technical documentation, or instructional content will be preferred
• Relevant Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage
