Role: Executive - Statutory Compliance

Experience: 2-3 years

Location: Vadavalli, Coimbatore

Role & Responsibilities

- Ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Law filings across multiple states.
- Prepare and submit returns, challans, and reconciliations to respective authorities via portals like PF e-Governance, ESI, and KIOSK.
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll registers for audit and inspection readiness under statutory frameworks.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve compliance discrepancies or audit queries.
- Track changes in labor laws and circulars, assess impact, and implement process updates to align with current requirements.




- Support month-end closure activities including statutory deductions, reconciliations, and statutory reporting to management.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

- PAYROLL
- PF FILING
- ESI FILING
- PT FILING
- TDS FILING
- LABOUR LAW COMPLIANCE
- SHRMs
- MS EXCEL

Preferred

- Knowledge of GST compliance for payroll-related inputs
- Familiarity with Labour Court procedures or dispute resolution
- Experience with Tally or Zoho Payroll
