Job Summary

The Primary Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and fostering the academic, social, emotional, and personal development of students in Classes I–V. The teacher will create an engaging and inclusive learning environment aligned with CBSE curriculum standards and the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. As a Homeroom Teacher, the incumbent will also serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents, ensuring the overall well-being and progress of each child.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum and school academic framework.
- Teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (EVS), Social Science, and General Knowledge, as assigned.
- Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Promote discipline and responsible behavior through positive classroom management practices.




- Conduct formative and summative assessments as per CBSE guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Primary Teacher
- Must be currently residing in Bangalore
- Should be willing to travel/relocate to Sadahalli Gate, Devanahalli

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree/ Master's Degree
- Certification in any of the following:
- B.Ed
- D.Ed / D.El. Ed/ Bachelor in Elementary Education

Transportation

- Transportation facility is available within a 15 km radius from Sadahalli Gate, Devanahalli
