Role Overview

Kuku is building an AI-powered microdrama studio and is looking for someone who can transform scripts and creative concepts into engaging AI-generated video content. This is a highly creative, experimental role focused on storytelling, AI tools, prompting, and visual consistency rather than traditional filmmaking.

Key Responsibilities

- Break scripts into AI-generatable scenes, shots, characters, and locations.

- Create AI-generated visual and video assets such as characters, backgrounds, keyframes, and emotional moments.

- Ensure consistency across characters, costumes, locations, mood, and scene continuity.

- Experiment with prompts, references, and AI workflows to improve output quality.

- Help build and optimize internal AI production processes and collaborate with editors and creative teams.

Ideal Candidate

- Passionate about AI tools and creative experimentation.

- Strong understanding of what makes content engaging and emotionally impactful.

- Comfortable with prompting, iteration, and working through imperfect AI outputs.

- Able to thrive in a fast-changing, startup-style (0→1) workplace.

- Takes ownership and collaborates effectively with teams.

Required Skills

- Strong visual and content sense.

- Hands-on experience with AI creation tools.

- Basic prompting knowledge.





- Fast iteration and problem-solving ability.

- Interest in storytelling, drama, and mass-market entertainment.

Preferred Experience

- Familiarity with tools like Runway, Kling, Minimax, Pika, Veo, Midjourney, Leonardo, ElevenLabs, Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.

- Experience creating AI-generated images, videos, reels, or promotional content.

- Understanding of Indian drama genres (romance, thriller, horror, fantasy, etc.).

- Basic video editing and asset management skills.
