Job Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support end-to-end marketing initiatives for real estate projects. This role will focus on go-to-market (GTM) planning, campaign execution, data analytics, and performance tracking to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, consistently, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end marketing for real estate projects (launch + sustenance campaigns)
- Assist in building and executing go-to-market (GTM) plans, calendars and campaign roadmaps
- Drive campaign execution across digital + offline + on-ground activations.
- Develop campaign briefs and coordinate with creative/design teams for ads, brochures, site branding, and social content
- Manage marketing partners/vendors and ensure timely deliverables
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Analyze marketing data to identify insights, trends, and optimisation opportunities




- Conduct market and competitor research (pricing, positioning, communication, offers, micro-market trends)

Qualifications

- Graduate in any specialization or Postgraduate in Marketing

- 3–8 years of experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred)
