Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Team Lead – Sales to lead, mentor, and manage the sales team while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, improving sales performance, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, and conversion performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and business growth.
• Guide team members in handling client consultations, objections, and closures effectively.
• Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance review sessions for the sales team.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the client journey.




• Track and analyse sales metrics, prepare reports, and share performance insights with management.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and campaign
effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team handling or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to motivate and drive high-performing sales teams.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Robust analytical and reporting skills.
