We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager with strong startup experience who can take ownership of product strategy, execution, and growth for our SaaS products.

Role: Product Manager

Experience: 5- 8 Years
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization
- Work closely with founders, business teams, engineering, design, and operations teams
- Gather customer insights, analyze product gaps, and identify new opportunities
- Define product roadmap, priorities, and execution timelines
- Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories
- Drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and overall user experience
- Monitor product metrics, user behavior, and business impact to make data-driven decisions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for SaaS products
- Coordinate with tech and design teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Continuously improve product workflows,

Requirements

- 5 - 8 years of experience in Product Management
- Prior experience working in a startup setting is mandatory
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and product lifecycle management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including tech, design, and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Mixpanel, GA, or similar product tools is preferred
- Understanding of user journeys, product funnels, and growth metrics

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer tech products
- Exposure to product-led growth strategies
- Strong ownership mindset with execution-focused approach
