The Supervisor Copywriter will lead copy development across campaigns, digital platforms, and

brand communications. This role involves managing junior copywriters, ensuring quality and

consistency of brand voice, and delivering high-impact content that meets business and creative

goals.

Responsibilities:

Copy & Content Leadership

● Develop and oversee copy for digital campaigns, social media, ads, websites, emails, and

brand assets

● Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and guidelines

● Edit, review, and refine copy produced by junior team members

Team Supervision

● Guide and mentor junior copywriters and content creators

● Allocate tasks, review output, and provide transparent feedback

● Support skill development and improve overall team output

Campaign & Stakeholder Collaboration

● Work closely with designers, performance marketers, and account teams





● Understand briefs and translate them into effective copy concepts

● Participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation sessions

Quality & Timelines

● Maintain high quality standards across all deliverables

● Ensure projects are completed on time and as per brief

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 4–6 years of experience in copywriting or content creation

● Prior experience leading or mentoring junior team members

● Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

● Good understanding of digital, social, and performance marketing content

● Ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands and platforms

● Strong communication and collaboration skills
