We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee – HR to join our HR team. This is an entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates interested in developing a career in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Employee Management.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day HR Operations and administration.

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.

- Source candidates through Naukri, Linked In, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.

- Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.

- Maintain and update employee information, attendance, leave, and other HR records.

- Support employee communication, engagement activities, and routine HR requirements.

- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and other HR documents.

- Support the HR team in managing HRMS, ATS, payroll, and other HR tools.

- Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and perform other HR activities as assigned.

Requirements





- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).

- Fresh graduate with an interest in building a career in Human Resources.

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

- Good interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

- Good follow-up and time-management skills.

- Willingness to learn and take initiative.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

- Knowledge of HRMS/ATS tools is an added advantage.
