About the Company

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our Walmart International Voice Process.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, prior international BPO voice experience, and a customer-first approach to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls for the Walmart process.
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and general account support.
- Provide accurate information while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of International Voice BPO experience is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.




- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Freshers with good English can also apply

Required Skills

- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent verbal communication.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge.
