About the job

About the RoleFostree International School is looking for a warm, articulate, and highly organised individual to join our team as an Admissions Counsellor. In the initial phase, the primary focus of this role will be admissions and parent engagement helping families understand the vision, philosophy, and learning approach of Fostree while guiding them through the admissions process. Key ResponsibilitiesAdmissions & Parent EngagementHandle admissions enquiries and parent communication professionally Conduct campus tours and explain the schools philosophy, curriculum, and learning setting Guide families through the admissions and onboarding process Follow up with prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings Maintain admissions records, databases, and documentation Coordinate orientations, admissions events, and parent interactions Build strong relationships with prospective and existing families Who Were Looking ForExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in English and TeluguProfessional, approachable, and organised personality Strong coordination and multitasking ability Comfortable interacting with parents, students,



and staff Ability to adapt and grow within a fast-evolving school environment Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and basic digital tools Prior experience in admissions, education, administration, or customer relations is preferred Growth OpportunityThis role offers significant long-term growth potential within Fostree.
