The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Reference Data Management (RDM), Data Quality, Data Governance, and Enterprise Data Integration. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade MDM solutions using industry-leading MDM platforms, with an opportunity to work extensively on Ataccama ONE MDM. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, application teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality master data solutions that support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities:1. Master Data Management (MDM) Development:- Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.- Configure master data models, entity relationships, hierarchies, matching rules, survivorship rules, and validation logic.- Develop scalable MDM workflows to manage Customer, Product, Vendor, Employee, and Reference Data.- Participate in complete end-to-end enterprise MDM implementations from requirements gathering through production deployment.- Configure and customize MDM platform capabilities based on business needs.2. Reference Data Management (RDM):- Develop and maintain enterprise Reference Data Management (RDM) solutions.- Create and manage reference data domains, taxonomies, code sets, and business hierarchies.- Ensure consistency and governance of enterprise reference data across multiple systems.- Support lifecycle management for enterprise reference data.3. Data Quality & Data Governance:- Design and implement data quality rules, validation frameworks, and monitoring processes.- Develop solutions for: 1. Data Cleansing, 2. Data Standardization, 3. Data Validation.- Support enterprise data governance initiatives by implementing data stewardship workflows and governance policies.- Monitor and improve data quality KPIs across enterprise systems.4. Workflow & Business Process Automation:- Design and implement automated workflows for master data creation, approval, enrichment,

Application Development:- Develop reusable components and customizations within the MDM platform.- Implement business rules, validation logic, and automation.- Participate in application enhancements and platform modernization initiatives.- Support SDK-based and source-controlled development practices.7. Database Development:- Design and optimize database objects for MDM applications.- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.- Perform data analysis, profiling, reconciliation, and performance tuning.- Work with PostgreSQL databases for data management and optimization.8. AI-Assisted Development:- Utilize AI code assistants to improve development productivity and code quality.- Apply prompt engineering techniques to generate optimized code, documentation, and technical solutions.- Develop effective prompts by providing clear instructions, business context, and technical requirements.- Evaluate AI-generated solutions to ensure accuracy, maintainability, and security.9. DevOps & CI/CD:- Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation for MDM applications.- Manage source code using Git and GitLab.- Support automated deployments using TeamCity.- Work with Docker-based deployment environments.- Ensure version control and release management best practices.10. Monitoring & Analytics:- Monitor platform health and application performance.- Utilize ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log analysis and troubleshooting.- Analyze platform usage and user behavior using Amplitude Analytics.- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.11. Testing & Production Support:- Develop unit, integration, and system test cases.- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support.- Perform root cause analysis for production issues.- Support application upgrades, patching, and deployments.12. Documentation & Collaboration:- Create technical design documents, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.- Document workflows, data models, business rules, and integration processes.- Collaborate with: 1. Enterprise Architects.Required Qualifications:1. Experience:- 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Reference Data Management (RDM), or Enterprise Data Management.- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with an industry-leading MDM platform.- Experience delivering at least one large-scale end-to-end enterprise MDM implementation.- Experience working in Agile software development environments.2. Technical Skills:- Solid experience with one or more MDM platforms: 1. Ataccama ONE MDM (Preferred), 2. Informatica MDM, 3. Reltio, 4. Semarchy xDM, 5. SAP MDG, 6. IBM InfoSphere MDM, 7. Profisee, 8. Oracle MDM.- Reference Data Management experience in: 1. Reference Data Management (RDM), 2. Business Hierarchies, 3. Taxonomy Management, 4.
