Job Summary :We are looking for a passionate and experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our team in building innovative AI-powered solutions using cutting-edge technologies such as LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, and other generative models. This is a hands-on engineering role that requires expertise in deep learning, natural language processing, and scalable machine learning systems.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy applications and APIs powered by generative AI models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, DALLE, Secure Diffusion).- Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) and other generative models for specific business use cases.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science to identify opportunities for GenAI integration.- Evaluate and benchmark open-source and commercial GenAI models.- Ensure robust testing, monitoring,



and performance tuning of deployed models.- Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in generative AI and machine learning.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 35+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on deep learning and NLP.- Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.- Experience working with LLMs, diffusion models, or multimodal models (e.g., text-to-image, text-to-audio).- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps pipelines.- Solid understanding of data privacy, bias, and ethical considerations in AI systems.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.- Knowledge of LangChain, LLM orchestration frameworks, or chatbot frameworks.- Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research papers.- Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).
