Are you an expert in OTC Derivatives and Brokerage Reconciliation ? We are looking for talented professionals to join our growing team in Pune & Bengaluru !
Position Details
- Role: Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Senior Process Executive (SPE)
- Domain: OTC Brokerage Payable
- Experience: 2 to 9 Years
- Location: Pune / Bengaluru (BLR)
- Notice Period: 0 90 Days
Compensation & Budget
- SME: Up to 10.0 LPA
- SPE: Up to 6.5 LPA
- Offered Hike: Standard 30% 40% on last drawn fixed CTC
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)
Hands-on experience in OTC Brokerage Reconciliation
Proven expertise in Manual Brokerage Calculation
Strong domain knowledge of OTC derivative products: FX, Options, IRS, CCS, Repos, FXO, PM, PMO
Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel & Word
Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Reconciliation: Manage trade reconciliations and calculate brokerage accurately.
- Exception Management: Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies within agreed SLAs.
- Broker Relationship: Handle broker queries, settle outstanding balances, and drive zero-escalation targets.
- Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain EOD checklists, generate accuracy reports, and participate in client review meetings.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps, propose workflow enhancements, and assist team leads with ad-hoc reporting.
