About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive with experience in the yarn industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, capable of handling customer coordination, and proficient in back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Data entry and maintaining accurate records

- Accounting entries and documentation

- Payment follow-up with customers

- Order follow-up and coordination with customers

- Daily back-office administration

- Preparing reports and maintaining customer records

Candidate Requirements

- 35 years of relevant work experience

- Experience in back-office operations

- Knowledge of accounting entries

- Good communication and follow-up skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email





- Knowledge of the yarn industry is mandatory
