Position: Business Development Associate / Inside Sales Specialist In-Office Role

Location: Pratap Nagar ,Jaipur

Full-Time Experience: Fresher + experience both

Qualification: pursuing Graduate or post graduate

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct in-office tele-sales calls and build strong client connections.

Engage with school owners, builders, and institutions to present our solutions.

Manage negotiations and deal closures with confidence and maturity.

Ensure consistent follow-up for high lead conversion.

Work closely with the management team to achieve growth targets.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Strong communication, persuasion,



and negotiation skills.

Fluent in Hindi & English.

Mature, confident, and goal-oriented personality.

Willingness to work in-office (not remote).
