Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Create and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, stories) tailored to target audiences and campaign goals.

- Manage and grow the company’s email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement metrics using Google Analytics and social media insights.





- Assist in the creation of SEO-optimized content for the company website and blog to improve organic search visibility.

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality visuals and messaging aligned with brand guidelines.

- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure strategy relevance.

- Support the execution of online promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns in coordination with the marketing and sales teams.

- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing, internships, or relevant academic projects.

- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, SEO principles, and content management systems (CMS).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
