Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.

Source candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting).

Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer onboarding process.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).

Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the real estate sector.

HR Generalist (30%)

Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and compliance with labor laws.

Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee feedback mechanisms.

Address basic employee queries and act as a bridge between management and staff .

Key Skills Competencies:

Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a real estate or startup workplace.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).

Good understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.





Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3 6 years of experience in HR, with a major focus on recruitment.

Experience in a real estate, construction, or proptech startup will be an added advantage.
