Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute bancassurance strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue for the bank's insurance products.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, sales teams, and customers to promote life insurance solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling life insurance products.
- Monitor performance metrics such as sales targets, customer satisfaction ratings, and retention rates to optimize bancassurance operations.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in banca or bancassurance sales or related field.
- Robust understanding of life insurance industry trends, products, and regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building skills.
