We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Officer - Commercial to manage commercial operations, pricing coordination, order processing, and coordination between sales, finance, and supply chain teams.

What youll do

- Handle end-to-end commercial activities including order processing and documentation
- Prepare and manage quotations, pricing sheets, and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams for order execution
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders and delivery follow-ups
- Maintain commercial records, contracts, and related documentation
- Support invoice verification and coordination with finance/accounts team
- Prepare MIS reports related to sales, orders, and commercial performance

What were looking for




- Graduate / B.Com / MBA (Finance / Marketing / Supply Chain / Business Administration)
- 6-8 years of experience in Commercial Operations
- Robust understanding of commercial operations and order management
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- ERP system knowledge (preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
