Key Responsibilities: -
Content Creation & Brand Voice: Create and edit high-quality visual and written content that aligns with our brand image, tone & goals
Community Management & Customer Care: Maintain an active daily presence on all social channels by responding promptly to comments, DMs, reviews & customer feedback
Lead Routing: Identify potential customer leads coming through social channels and seamlessly direct them to the appropriate sales team member
Creator & Influencer Partnerships:
Research, outreach to, and manage relationships with relevant content creators for brand collaborations & sponsored posts
Ad Campaigns & Paid Media: Plan, execute & boost ad campaigns while maintaining a strategic balance between organic posts & paid content
Trend & Performance Analytics: Track campaign performance, monitor analytics & identify emerging industry trends to keep content fresh & effective
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts and running paid ad campaigns (1+ Year)
Strong skills in content creation, video/image editing & copywriting
Familiarity with basic social media analytics tools & ad manager platforms
Excellent communication, customer service & organizational skills
