Adamas International School is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team.

Role & responsibilities

- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate, child-centric learning experiences for Pre-Primary students.
- Implement Montessori-based teaching methodologies through hands-on and experiential learning.
- Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Facilitate childrens cognitive, social, emotional, physical and language development.
- Prepare and use Montessori learning materials, activities and classroom resources effectively.
- Observe and assess childrens learning, behaviour, developmental milestones and individual needs.
- Continuously enhance teaching practices through professional development and innovative early-years learning approaches.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:



4+ Years Qualification: Montessori Training Mandatory

- Montessori Trained mandatory
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Pre-Primary/Early Years education
- Strong hands-on experience with Montessori teaching methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to facilitate, engage and nurture Pre-Primary children in a joyful learning setting
- Passionate about early childhood education and child-centric learning.
