- Project timeline management - juggling multiple accounts, deliverables, and approvals simultaneously.

- Cross-functional collaboration - comfort working with Creative, Strategy, Social, SEO, Performance, Marketplace, Influencer, and Production teams.

- Digital marketing fundamentals - working knowledge of Social Media, Performance Marketing, SEO, Marketplace Marketing (Amazon/Flipkart), Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing.

- Presentation skills - supporting client decks, performance reports, review meetings.

- Stakeholder management - handling multiple priorities/deadlines without dropping balls.

- Proactive, solutions-first attitude - spotting upsell/account growth opportunities.
