About the Role

LTM is seeking an experienced Experlogix CPQ Process Consultant SME to work on highly challenging and complex CPQ engagements The role covers core CPQ capabilities including product catalog management product configuration rules strategies pricing models quote template design approval workflows and related functionalities within the Experlogix CPQ platform The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our esteemed customer stakeholders across EMEA and US East Coast driving process analysis fitgap identification futurestate process roadmap design and scalable CPQ solution planning

Primary Responsibilities

Act as the Experlogix CPQ SME demonstrating deep solution consulting expertise across the LeadtoRevenue L2R CPQ domain with handson Experlogix platform knowledge

Lead and actively participate in Discovery Requirements Gathering workshops translating complex business needs into Experlogix CPQ solutions

Drive comprehensive business consultation sessions including whiteboarding CPQ process flow design and solution blueprinting using Experlogix capabilities

Develop strong functional understanding of customer use cases and design solutions that leverage Experlogix CPQs native configuration engine pricing rules attributebased configuration and document generation ExperDocs capabilities

Act as L2R Experlogix CPQ SME across the solution roadmap transition design implementation and support phases of the program lifecycle





Configure and customize Experlogix CPQ including product models constraint rules pricing tables guided selling flows and quote output templates aligned to the program release cycle

Champion OOTB Experlogix functionality to minimize custom development and ensure solutions remain scalable maintainable and extensible

Serve as a key liaison between Technical Functional and Business teams to drive Experlogix CPQcentric L2R discussions and decisionmaking

Conduct Solution Architecture and Process Roadmap reviews with project teams ahead of design and development activities ensuring alignment with Experlogix product roadmaps and customer business goals

Collaborate on integration design between Experlogix CPQ and adjacent platforms such as Salesforce CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems SAPOracle and CLM tools DocuSign CLM Conga CLM

Required Skills Experience

1215 years of total experience in CRM LeadtoRevenue CPQ process consultancy and implementation

Minimum 5 years of handson Experlogix CPQ implementation and configuration experience covering

Product Catalog AttributeBased Configuration

Pricing Rules Price Tables Discount Structures

Constraint Rules Guided Selling

Quote Templates ExperDocs Document Generation

Approval Workflow Design

Integration with Salesforce CRM or Microsoft Dynamics 365





Strong domain expertise in CPQ LeadtoRevenue L2R processes with Agile delivery methodology experience

Minimum 2 endtoend project implementations using Experlogix CPQ in manufacturing andor hightech sector environments

Minimum 3 years in a Solution Consulting Architect Product Owner capacity within a consulting or delivery organization

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field preferred

Solid understanding of core technical concepts RDBMS Cloud Technologies PaaSSaaS Platforms CICD and deployment methodologies

Exposure to complementary platforms such as Salesforce Revenue Cloud SAP SDOTC DocuSign CLM or Conga CLM is an added advantage

Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic workplace with crossfunctional teams both remotely and at customer locations when required

Strong technical analytical and problemsolving skills with excellent stakeholder management communication and interpersonal capabilities

Good to Have

Experience with ExperDocs for automated document generation and template design

Familiarity with Experlogix CPQ on Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployment model

Knowledge of ERP integration patterns SAP Oracle within L2R transformation programs

Exposure to Agentic AI AIassisted CPQ capabilities is a plus
