- Generate leads from customers for spare
- Handle customer enquiries related to spare parts and aftermarket requirements.
- Identify spare parts based on machine configurations and technical documentation.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations.
- Process customer purchase orders and coordinate order execution.
- Follow up procurement, stores, and logistics for timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with service engineers for customer support requirements.
- Maintain customer records, quotations, and order history.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for aftermarket business growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
- Support inventory planning for fast-moving spare parts.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints and delivery of spares
Required Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of machine tool spare parts.
- Understanding of mechanical assemblies and engineering drawings.
- Excellent customer communication and coordination skills.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- ERP/SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Positive proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Candidates with experience from the following companies will be preferred:
- LMW
- AS Micro Magnetic
- Jyoti CNC
- Any vacuum furnace manufacturing is preferred
