Job Purpose

To provide exceptional food & beverage service and maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction for the bungalow's residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Serve water, welcome drinks, tea, coffee, snacks, and meals as per service standards.

Ensure prompt and attentive service throughout the guest's visit.

Anticipate guest requirements and respond immediately.

Dining & Table Service

Prepare and arrange dining tables before every meal.

Set up crockery, cutlery, glassware, napkins, and table dcor.

Serve food and beverages following proper service etiquette.

Clear and reset tables after every meal.

Pantry & Beverage Service

Maintain the pantry in a clean and organized condition.

Prepare tea, coffee, and other beverages as instructed.

Assist in bar setup and beverage service during events.

Housekeeping Support

Ensure drawing rooms, dining areas, and guest service areas remain clean and presentable.

Polish glassware, cutlery, and serving equipment.

Maintain service trolleys and pantry equipment.

Event & VVIP Support

Assist in VVIP dinners, meetings, and private events.

Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, security,



and drivers for smooth guest movement.

Ensure all guest areas are fully prepared before arrival.

Inventory & Stock Control

Maintain stock of crockery, cutlery, beverages, and guest amenities.

Report shortages, breakages, and damaged items immediately.

Follow proper storage and handling procedures.

Hygiene & Safety

Maintain excellent personal hygiene and grooming.

Follow food safety and sanitation standards.

Keep all service areas clean and hazard-free.

Daily Checklist

Prepare service areas before guest arrival.

Check pantry cleanliness and stock.

Arrange dining and drawing rooms.

Ensure all glassware and cutlery are polished.

Complete post-service cleaning and closing duties.

Required Skills
