Aptitude Skills Trainer

Eligibility Criteria :

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or an Engineering degree in any stream. Other qualifications in education or training will be an advantage
- Proven experience as a trainer, specifically focusing on Arithmetic and Reasoning modules. Strong command of Arithmetic principles, Quantitative aptitude, Logical reasoning, and Data interpretation concepts
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in teaching/training/counselling high-school and college students with at least 2 years of experience as an Aptitude trainer
- Industry skilled with training acumen and 2-4 years of experience as an Aptitude Training expert
- Trainers with a B.Ed. Degree will be given preference
- Trainers should be ready to travel to remote locations within India
- Trainers should have a mentoring mindset, they will be expected to train, coach, and mentor
- Trainers with content creation experience will have an added advantage
