Job Description AI / Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and innovative AI / Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions that leverage Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent applications, scalable APIs, and production-ready AI systems that solve real business problems.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to work with modern AI technologies and contribute to cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI models for production environments.
- Build, maintain, and optimize AI-powered backend services and REST APIs using Django and FastAPI.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP models, and other AI services into web applications and enterprise workflows.
- Develop and maintain data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, validation, and model evaluation pipelines.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model accuracy, inference latency, scalability, and overall application performance.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques and AI orchestration workflows for Generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Data Engineers, and Software Developers to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Perform model testing, experimentation, benchmarking, and performance optimization.
- Document technical architecture, model designs, experiments, APIs, and implementation details.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning,



and Generative AI.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in AI/ML Engineering or a related software engineering role.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Hands-on experience developing backend applications using Django and FastAPI.
- Practical knowledge of:
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt Engineering
- AI model integration using APIs and SDKs

- Experience with SQL databases and data manipulation using Pandas and NumPy.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend application architecture.
- Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or ChromaDB.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of model deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.
- Understanding of AI security,
