Job Overview:
Automation Development Engineering is responsible for Mentor and guide the development team member. Steam through the software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. This role involves a combination of coding, design, team leadership and collaboration with other departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor and motivate a team.

Skillsets:
Key Responsibilities

- Candidates with 4+ years of relevant experience in Automation Anywhere development.
- Experience in crating SDD and PDD documents, Assessment and Requirement gathering
- good to have excel VBA skills
- Exp in designing and delivering enterprise-scale RPA solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere Control Room, Bot Creator, Bot Runner, IQ Bot, and Document Automation.
- Experience with web automation, Excel automation, database integration, OCR, and document processing.
- Good to have of Python, SQL, APIs, and system integrations , AI platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.





Roles and Responsibilities:
• Software Development: Actively contribute to the coding efforts, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to the project timelines. Lead by example in software development practices.
• Team Management and Mentorship: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Conduct code reviews, oversee the team's technical work, and support professional development.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements and timelines. Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Documentation: Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation for software architecture, design decisions, and coding standards.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- BTech/BCA/BSc/MTech/MCA/MSc (bachelors degree required)
