Job Summary

- CitiusTech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Engineer II - Data Analysis to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will lead data analysis initiatives, develop innovative data solutions, and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our data infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise in Snowflake, data quality management, CI/CD practices, and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced, matrix-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize advanced Snowflake expertise, including code optimization techniques and awareness of upcoming Snowflake native features.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines while ensuring effective code repository management.
- Conduct regular data quality assessments, anomaly detection, and comprehensive test scenario development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for country stakeholders on data discovery, issue identification, and remediation efforts.
- Apply Agile methodologies and continuously improve processes, workflows, and deliverables.
- Collaborate effectively across teams and functions within a matrix organization.
- Act as a techno-functional expert, providing valuable insights in both data analytics and the healthcare domain.




- Drive multiple data initiatives while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including performance tuning and code optimization.
