Key skills required

Experience as a ServiceNow Lead with strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM).

Strong expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request, and Service Catalog.

Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Service Portal.

Solid proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

Experience working with REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Server.

Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management lifecycle.

Experience with CMDB, CSDM, and CI relationship management.

Exposure to ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and SLA management.

Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and production releases.

Preferred certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM.
