Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux Server environments. Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and File Server. Perform server monitoring, health checks, and preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot server hardware, operating system, and application-related issues. Configure and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. Perform backup and recovery using enterprise backup solutions. Monitor server performance and optimize system resources. Install and configure antivirus and security patches. Support storage, RAID configuration, and SAN/NAS environments. Maintain documentation of server configurations and standard operating procedures. Coordinate with network and security teams for infrastructure-related activities. Provide L2/L3 technical support for server-related incidents. Solid knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).



Basic knowledge of Linux administration (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL). Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Experience with VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V. Knowledge of Backup Restore solutions. Understanding of server hardware (Dell, HPE, Lenovo). Familiarity with storage technologies (SAN/NAS). Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID will be an added advantage. Good troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong communication and documentation skills.
