Dependency Management Coordination
Mapping, tracking, and resolving complex cross-team and architectural dependencies. Facilitating seamless collaboration across diverse engineering, product, and operations teams.

RAID Tracking Reporting
Proactively maintaining the RAID Log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to mitigate delivery bottlenecks. Creating and distributing transparent, data-driven delivery reporting artifacts (burndown charts, velocity trends) for senior leadership.
