What is the work?

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across multiple technologies and experience levels.
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical fit, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews, client interviews, and follow-up discussions.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance.
- Ensure timely documentation, background verification coordination, and pre-joining formalities.
- Drive the complete onboarding process until the candidate successfully joins the organization.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring technology requirements.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Work towards monthly and quarterly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

- Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and technical hiring.
- Hands-on experience hiring Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other IT professionals.
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as PHP, .NET, Java, Python, MERN Stack, React, Node.js, Flutter, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, and Mobile Technologies will be preferred.
- Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
