About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced TGT Social Science teacher to join our CBSE school in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching Social Science to students of Classes VI, VII, and VIII while creating an engaging, interactive, and student-centric learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Social Science (History, Geography, Political Science, and related CBSE curriculum) to Classes VI, VII, and VIII.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assessments, and assignments in line with CBSE guidelines.
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions using innovative and activity-based teaching methodologies.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, projects, and continuous assessments.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and academic progress reports.




- Foster critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and active classroom participation.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and academic planning sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
- Ensure a protected, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) with specialization in History, Geography, or Political Science.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Experience teaching Social Science in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and pedagogical practices.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential.

- Candidates who can join in August or at the earliest will be preferred.
