The ideal candidate will develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, optimize online advertising, and analyze campaign performance to support the company s business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and grow the company s social media presence through engaging content, promotions, and customer interactions.
- Create and coordinate marketing content, including graphics, videos, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on digital platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads and Google Ads) to maximize ROI and ticket sales.
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to promote routes, seasonal offers, and special campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
- Improve website visibility through SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, lead generation,



and digital marketing KPIs.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the transportation, travel, or service industry.
- Robust understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
- Experience with social media content planning and community management.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bengali and English.
