Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions across the US market. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a good understanding of IT technologies, and experience working with VMS/MSP clients, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for US IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate compensation rates and employment terms with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Submit qualified candidates within the required turnaround time.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until onboarding.




- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and recruitment processes.

Required Skills

- 2-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of the US staffing process and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience working on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Hands-on experience with VMS/MSP clients.
- Strong sourcing skills using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience using ATS tools.
- Good understanding of various IT technologies and technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with direct clients.
- Knowledge of US tax terms, visas, and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Experience recruiting for cloud, cybersecurity, data engineering, DevOps, networking, ERP, AI/ML, and software development roles.
- Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Any recruitment or HR certification is an added advantage.
