Key Responsibilities Requirements

- Lead end-to-end native iOS and Android mobile app design from research and discovery to high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and developer handoff.
- Apply Material Design and Human Interface Guidelines (HIG).
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, micro-interactions, animations, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and feedback analysis.
- Build and maintain mobile design systems, reusable UI components, design tokens, and interaction patterns using Figma.




- Ensure responsive design, accessibility standards, UI consistency, and application performance.
- Create assets, icons, illustrations, presentations, and motion designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and up-to-date design tools.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools for ideation, content generation, prototyping, and workflow optimization.
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation, mentor junior designers, conduct design reviews, and stay current with the latest mobile UX trends.
