Customer Service Executive | Kannada + English

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries efficiently.
- Resolve order-related issues.
- Assist via calls, chat, and email.
- Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction.

Salary & Perks

- Monthly CTC: 16,000
- In-Hand Salary: 12.700
- Retention Bonus: 3,000 (After 3 months)
- Training: Full on-the-job training provided.

Mandatory System Requirements

- Device: Laptop or Desktop.
- Processor: Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 or above.
- RAM: Minimum 8 GB.
- OS: Windows 10 or above.
- Internet: Dedicated Wi-Fi router with 50+ Mbps speed.

Eligibility Criteria

- Language: Fluent Kannada and English communication skills.
- Education: Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible.
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.

Work Schedule

- Shift: 9 hours daily (8 hours work + 1 hour split breaks).
- Days: 6 days working per week.
- Offs: 1 rotational week-off.
