- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop engineering issues, including hardware troubleshooting and software installations.
- Troubleshoot printers and resolve printing-related issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on desktops and laptops.
- Assist with Outlook configuration and provide training to users on basic computer usage.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in desktop engineering or related field.
- Solid knowledge of OS installation, hardware troubleshooting, and printer troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
